What Creator Analytics is
Creator Analytics is a reporting dashboard for content creators and the agencies that work with them. A creator connects their Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts, and the dashboard collects the figures each platform reports — reach, views, reactions, comments, shares, followers — and shows them by period, by post, by video and by livestream. It reads; it never posts, replies or changes anything on your accounts.
For creators
Getting started
Sign up with your email, confirm it, and you are in. Then connect each platform from your Settings page: Facebook asks you to choose the Page (Pages only — personal profiles are not supported), Instagram asks for a professional account, YouTube is added by your channel’s @handle (and, if you choose, you grant access to its Analytics), and TikTok asks you to sign in and allow access. Your first figures appear within a few minutes; after that they are collected several times a day.
Agencies
An agency sees your page only after you approve it. An agency asks for you by the email you sign in with; the request appears on your own page and nothing is shared until you approve. You can work with more than one agency, and you can remove any of them at any time from your Settings page — that agency then no longer sees your figures. Each agency’s own notes about you stay private to that agency.
Your plan
While an agency that uses Creator Analytics has you active on its roster, your login is free: the agency pays. Otherwise you are on the Creator plan: every account starts with a free 7-day trial, no card needed, and after that it is ₱299 a month, or ₱2,990 for a year (10 months’ price for twelve).
For agencies
Getting started
Agencies join by invitation: email us at support@creator-analytics.ph with your agency’s name and we set it up. Your first admin gets a login link, chooses a password, and then invites the agency’s team from User management and its creators from Connections. A creator connects their own accounts and approves your agency; you never hold their passwords or tokens.
Your team
Three roles: Admin runs the agency day to day, Viewer reads the dashboards, and Guest sees the headline numbers. Your admins choose what Viewers and Guests may do on Access control, within what an Admin holds; what an Admin may do is set by Creator Analytics. Every account can be limited to named countries.
Seats
The Agency plan is priced by the seat: one for each creator you have active. Each payment buys seats for the period it pays for; during the free trial you may have up to 10 creators active. A creator who joins beyond your seats is added as Paused, and a paused creator can be made active only when a seat is free. Paused creators do not use a seat; they stay on your roster, and what was already collected still shows in your dashboards, but their figures stop updating unless another agency has them active or they use their own login. More seats can be bought on your Billing page while a paid period runs; they are charged only for the days left in the period. A seat is ₱199 a month (₱149 from the 51st), and the plan is at least ₱1,990 a month, which covers 10 seats.
Paying
Everything about your plan is on your Billing page: what you have, when it ends, and how to pay. In an agency, only the accounts that manage billing see it — your admins, by default. Nothing is charged automatically — there is no card on file, and you pay only when you choose to, for the month ahead (creators can also pay for a year). Pay online pays through PayMongo (a QR Ph code you scan with GCash, Maya or your bank app); the dashboard opens, or stays open, the moment the payment is confirmed, and a payment confirmation appears on Billing. It is not an official receipt. The price you first pay stays yours for as long as your plan stays active, even if prices go up for new customers.
When a trial or a paid period ends unpaid, the dashboard pauses — after a paid period you have 3 more days first — and your data is kept; pay and it opens again. If it stays unpaid for 14 days, new figures stop being collected; everything already collected is kept and collection resumes when you pay, but the days in between are not filled in. If you are a creator on your own plan and it stays unpaid for 90 days, your account and its data are permanently deleted; we email you 30 days and 7 days before. Payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time on your Billing page; your plan then runs to the end of what you paid for and stops, with nothing further to pay. We email you before a trial or a paid period ends, and when a payment is recorded.
Your data
What we collect from each platform, who sees it, and how long we keep it is set out in the Privacy Policy. A creator can disconnect any platform at any time from their Settings page; collection for it stops at once. To delete your account and everything we hold, use “Delete my account and data” on your Settings or Billing page, or follow the Data Deletion page; we carry it out within 30 days and confirm to you by email.
