Terms of Service

The Creator Analytics Dashboard is a CBLabs Technologies performance reporting service, operated by CBSoft Company Limited for the Creator Analytics team and the independent content creators it works with. Accounts are created by Creator Analytics administrators; there is no self-service sign-up.

Creators own and run their Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels and TikTok accounts. Where a platform needs the owner’s permission, the creator connects the account themselves, through an invitation link and the platform’s own consent screen (Facebook’s, Instagram’s, Google’s or TikTok’s). They can end that connection at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Creator Analytics uses that access only to read, for performance reporting and nothing else. It never posts, uploads, edits, replies to, hides or deletes anything on a connected account.

The service is provided as-is for performance reporting. It depends on the Meta Graph API, the Instagram API, YouTube API Services and the TikTok Display API, and the figures it shows are those platforms’ own, as returned by their APIs. Use of YouTube data is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
