Creator Analytics

Data Deletion

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Who this is for

The Creator Analytics Dashboard reads the performance of the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels and TikTok accounts of the content creators that Creator Analytics works with, with each creator’s agreement. This page explains how a creator can withdraw that agreement, and how to have the data we hold about their Page, channel or account deleted. Our Privacy Policy describes what is collected.

Step 1 — Disconnect

Facebook. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, find Creator Analytics and remove it. This revokes the access you granted; collection for your Page stops at our next attempt. You can also email bryancastroco@gmail.com to have the Page disconnected from the dashboard, which discards the stored credential immediately.

Instagram. In Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Creator Analytics. Instagram tells us straight away: the account is disconnected, the stored credential is destroyed, and collection stops.

YouTube. Open myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Creator Analytics. This stops the private analytics (watch time, subscriber changes and the like) at our next attempt. A channel’s public numbers (views, likes, comments and subscriber count) need no permission from you, so they keep being read until you email bryancastroco@gmail.com to have the channel disconnected.

TikTok. In the TikTok app, open Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services, and remove Creator Analytics. Collection stops at our next attempt.

Step 2 — Request deletion of what was stored

Disconnecting stops collection but keeps the reports already built, because they are part of our record of the partnership. To have them removed, email a deletion request to CBSoft Company Limited at bryancastroco@gmail.com, naming the Page, channel or account. Within 30 days we delete the profile details, posts, videos, livestreams, metrics and comments we hold for it, together with any stored credential, and we confirm the deletion to you in writing.

Instagram. When you remove Creator Analytics in Instagram you can also ask Instagram to have your data deleted. Instagram passes that request to us, and we delete everything we hold for that account — its profile, posts, metrics and comments — at once and give you a confirmation code. Emailing us works too.

What we never hold. We never store the identity of anyone who commented — no names, profile links or avatars — so a comment is deleted with the content it belongs to and nothing about the commenter survives it. We hold no Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok passwords; the access you grant is a revocable credential that you control from those services’ own settings.

Dashboard accounts

Members of the Creator Analytics team sign in to the dashboard by invitation. To have such an account and its sign-in record removed, ask a Creator Analytics administrator; the account is deactivated at once and deleted on request.
