Creator performance reporting

Creator Analytics

See how posts, videos and livestreams perform across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Performance reporting for the independent content creators we work with, so our team and each creator can see how their content is doing.

What it reads

Performance data from official APIs

The dashboard collects performance data from connected accounts — posts, videos, livestreams, views, reach, likes and comments — through the official Meta, YouTube and TikTok APIs, and turns it into reports.

Facebook Pages

Posts, videos and livestreams from connected Pages, with Page insights such as reach, views and watch time, plus likes, shares, followers and comment text, through the Meta Graph API. Facebook Pages only — personal profiles are not supported.

Instagram accounts

Posts and reels from Instagram Creator and Business accounts, with views, reach, likes, saves, shares, followers and comment text, through the Instagram API. Stories and messages are not collected.

YouTube channels

Public video performance through YouTube API Services. If you own the channel and approve it on Google’s consent screen, the dashboard also reads YouTube Analytics: watch time, view duration, shares, subscribers gained and lost, and how often your thumbnails are shown and clicked. Revenue data is never read.

TikTok accounts

Display name, username and avatar; follower, like and video counts; and each video’s view, like, comment and share counts, through the TikTok Display API. Comment text and messages are not collected.

How it works

An invitation, a consent screen, a report

Creators own and run their accounts. Wherever a platform needs the owner’s permission, the creator gives it themselves.

  1. A link from the team

Dashboard sign-in is by invitation from Creator Analytics — there is no public sign-up. Each creator we work with receives their connection link directly from our team.

  2. The creator approves

Access is granted on the platform’s own sign-in and consent screen — Facebook’s, Instagram’s, Google’s or TikTok’s — by the person who owns the account, and nobody else.

  3. Reports for both sides

The dashboard turns what it reads into performance reports for the Creator Analytics team and for the creators those reports describe.

Your control

Read-only, revocable and private

Every connection is read-only. The dashboard cannot post, upload, edit or delete anything on a connected account.

Read-only, everywhere

No connection can publish or change anything. YouTube Analytics access never lets anyone post or manage the channel, and never includes revenue data.

Withdraw at any time

Remove access from your Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok settings, or ask our team to disconnect you. Collection stops at the next attempt. A YouTube channel’s public numbers need no permission, so collecting them stops only when the channel is disconnected.

Credentials stay encrypted

Access credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are never exposed to browsers, spreadsheets or third-party automation.

Not who, only what

Commenter names, profile links and avatars are discarded before comments are stored. Nothing read from TikTok is published on a public website. No data is sold.
